RingMyExpert is a platform connecting members with experts and creators for paid private video calls, group sessions and personalised video requests where available. Experts describe their services, set prices and availability, and deliver the booked service. RingMyExpert facilitates discovery, booking, payments and access through the app.
This website provides service information and support. Sample profiles and app previews are illustrative and cannot be purchased or booked on this website.
Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate information. You are responsible for activity through your account and for keeping access credentials secure.
Experts
An expert application is not approval. Experts may need profile, identity, credential or category review before an offering becomes available. Experts remain responsible for the accuracy of their profile and the service they describe.
Prices and payments
Prices are in Indian rupees (INR). Review the service description, rate, duration or quantity, total payable and cancellation conditions before confirming. Experts set their own prices; there is no single price for every expert or service.
Bookings and payments take place in the app when the relevant service is available. Keep your booking or order reference and transaction receipt. Expert earnings are subject to the applicable fees, verification and payout conditions shown in the app.
Delivery, cancellation and refunds
Live sessions are delivered through the app at the confirmed time or after an instant call connects. Personalised videos are delivered to the requesting account within the deadline shown for the selected offering. These are digital services; no physical shipping is involved.
Our Refund & cancellation policy explains the service-specific cancellation windows, fees, no-show outcomes and refund destinations. A wallet credit and a refund to a bank or card are different transactions; check the refund destination recorded for your purchase.
Acceptable use
You must not use RingMyExpert to harass, defraud, impersonate, share unlawful material, bypass safety controls or move platform transactions off-platform in violation of applicable rules.
Trust and safety
RingMyExpert may review reports, restrict content, pause offerings or suspend accounts to protect users and the platform. Serious matters may be referred to the appropriate authorities.
Availability
The Get the app page shows public app availability. An offering is available for purchase only when it appears as bookable in your app. A sample profile, preview or description on this website is not a confirmed booking or a guarantee of availability.
